Tiger Games

Tiger Games is a UI/UX redesign project focused on improving engagement, clarity, and long-term retention within a mobile gaming experience. The original product had grown visually dense over time, with crowded layouts, unclear navigation patterns, and a rewards system that was difficult for players to understand or trust. This created friction at key moments in the user journey, reducing confidence, slowing interaction, and ultimately affecting how often users returned to the app.

We approached the redesign by first simplifying the visual structure and removing unnecessary elements to reduce cognitive load. Navigation was reorganized into a clearer, more predictable flow, and the rewards system was redesigned to be transparent, readable, and motivating. Visual hierarchy, spacing, and consistency were strengthened across the interface so that users can immediately understand where they are, what they can do, and what they will gain. The result is a calmer, more focused experience that feels intuitive to use, easier to trust, and more satisfying to return to over time.

The app had a cluttered interface, confusing navigation, and an unclear rewards system that made it difficult for players to find features and stay engaged. We simplified the layout, improved the navigation flow, and it made the rewards easier to understand, resulting in a cleaner, smoother experience that feels more intuitive and enjoyable for users.
