Crypto is a UX research project focused on understanding how users perceive trust, security, and control when interacting with a crypto wallet. The aim was to uncover why users hesitate at critical moments such as onboarding, transactions, and asset management, and what causes uncertainty in a space that already feels complex
and high-risk.

Through structured user research, behavior analysis, and usability evaluation, we identified key friction points that affected confidence and decision-making. These insights were translated into clear design principles and practical recommendations that improved transparency, reduced anxiety, and supported a more trustworthy
and user-friendly experience.
